It is grown hydroponically without any herbicides, pesticides or other harmful chemicals. EnduraCell® is produced carefully to retain maximally both the bioactive precursors which are essential for Sulforaphane production, Glucoraphanin and Myrosinase enzyme whilst, at the same time, deactivates the inhibitor normally found in broccoli sprouts, Epithiospecifier compound (ESP). Sulforaphane yield can be reduced greatly in the presence of ESP.
